Distinctive designs, new available technologies and a first-ever Turbo 1LE; Chevrolet introduced a reinvigorated and bold model of the 2019 Camaro in April.
Performance + Design
The 2019 Chevrolet Camaro updated design are not purely aesthetic; they also aid in the performance of this sports car. New front-end styling, LED dual-element headlamps and a reshaped hood optimize air flow and help minimize drag or lift.
“. . . all elements must not only be beautiful but also enhance performance . . . “

2019 Camaro’s grille details and hood and fascia vents were designed for optimized air flow, either to cool components or help minimize drag or lift.
Owners of the 2019 Camaro can also look for new LED tail lamps, which show off a more sculptured evolution of this Chevrolet classic. LS and LT models will feature red tinted lenses, while the RS, SS and ZL1 models will feature dark-tinted neutral-density lenses.
The new Camaro Turbo 1LE rounds out the track stars lineup of the Camaro models. Leveraging impressive performance and ideal weight distribution, owners of the Turbo 1LE can look forward to an exclusive 6-speed manual transmission and a tailored chassis package that will offer track-capable performance.

Making it’s public debut at the Chicago Auto Show and available in nine Chevrolet cars, trucks, and crossovers, the Redline is the broadest cross-portfolio special edition ever offered by Chevrolet.
“. . . The SEMA (hosted in Las Vegas) show has proven to be a great way to identify customization trends in the industry, and quickly apply those trends to our most popular Chevrolet models. Based on the strong interest Redline attracted at the show, we believe they will be very popular with customers looking for standout cars, trucks, and crossovers.” – Brian Sweeney, U.S. Vice President of Chevrolet
Each Chevrolet comes standard with black wheels featuring red hash marks, black nameplates, blacked-out grilles, and black Chevy bowties. From there, each Chevrolet vehicle on the Redline features tailored to the specific preferences of each customer.
Sweeney notes that special edition lineups have always been popular amongst Chevrolet customers and dealers, and is expecting the Redline Special Edition to be no different.
Silverado Redlines are currently available through Chevrolet dealerships.
